Traditional Whipped Cream Topping
1 cup heavy Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla (or to taste)
3 tablespoons powdered sugar (or to taste)

Thoroughly mix together ingredients in dispenser. Replace cap, charge with one cylinder and shake.

Diet Whip Cream
1 cup heavy Whipping Cream
3 teaspoons (or to taste) Splenda or other Sugar Substitute
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Thoroughly mix together ingredients in dispenser. Replace cap, charge with one cylinder and shake.

Amaretto Flavored Whipped Cream
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons Amaretto
3 tablespoons powdered sugar (or to taste)

Thoroughly mix together ingredients in dispenser. Replace cap, charge with one cylinder and shake.

Chocolate Flavored Whipped Cream
1 cup heavy Whipping Cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons rich chocolate milk powder (Nestles or Hershey's are both fine)

Thoroughly mix together ingredients in dispenser. Replace cap, charge with one cylinder and shake.

Mocha Cream
1/3 cup chilled whole milk
3 Tbsp. chilled heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Thoroughly mix together ingredients in dispenser. Replace cap, charge with one cylinder and shake. Dispense on top of coffee.

Cream Coffee Topping
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3 tablespoons Kahua Coffee liqueur
3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Thoroughly mix together ingredients in dispenser. Replace cap, charge with one cylinder and shake. Dispense on top of coffee.

Hazelnut Cream Topping
1 1/2 cups chilled heavy whipping cream
6 Tbsp. hazelnut liqueur
(You may substitute amaretto, coconut, coffee, mint, or other liqueurs to suit your own taste.)

Fill bottle with ingredients as per recipe. Make sure that the gasket is firmly in place on the underside of the head. Screw the head evenly and firmly onto the bottle. Do not cross-thread. Insert cream charger into the charger holder. Twist charger holder onto head until gas is released. (You will hear a slight hissing sound.) Use only one charger per filling. Shake cream whipper briskly 2 or 3 times. Unscrew and remove charger holder and discard used charger. Replace cap on cream whipper. Hold bottle vertically (nozzle downwards) and press the lever to dispense.

Amaretto Coffee Topping
1 cup heavy Whipping Cream
6 tablespoons Amarreto
3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Thoroughly mix together ingredients in dispenser. Replace cap, charge with one cylinder and shake. Dispense on top of coffee.

You can experiment with any number of different liqueurs or to create some of the most wonderful and delicious whipped and frothy coffee toppings you can imagine!
